Hi Guys,
Thought you might all like to hear about my fun packed week with all my Suicide Girls activities! So where better to tell you than a cute little blog ;)
While i am here, would love to just say a big thank you to all my birthday wishes and gifts from you, you are too kind! I would also like to say it was so great to meet so many of you and i am truely flattered about the amount of people who asked for signings and photos, so nice! :) i hope you all enjoyed meeting me as much as i did you!
So, to start it off i got a three hour train journey from Liverpool to London on Wednesday, while feeling quite hungover after one too many whiskies! It was the book signing that evening so after a quick change i got myself ready and headed to Forbidden Planet!
I joined many of my friends such as Alicesey, Jessicalou, Mel Clarke, Katherine and the beautiful Gemma Edwards to sign a bunch of the Geekology books, by the end of it i think we all felt like our hands were going to drop off! Did any of you purchase a signed book or go to the signing and meet the girls?
The next day was the day of Total Uprawr, a club night at the purple turtle in Camden which was hosting the Blackheart Burlesque pre party! It was a very messy night with lots of your favourite suicide girls nice and tipsy! Mel Clarke was DJing and Katherine was hosting, there was a chance to win a years free membership so i hope some of my lucky followers managed to grab one of those prizes?
The next day was a day off from Suixide Girls antics however i still had a photo shoot, so hopefully i will be able to share some new photos with you soon either on my twitter @scribblesuicide or my instagram @scribbles_suicide!
Last but not least we had the best and busiest day, my birthday, which was also the day of the Blackheart Burlesque show and my photo shoot with Gossip Suicide!
My shoot went really well and it was fun working with a new SG photographer! I hope you like it when it comes out, i will try to keep most of it a surprise for you all! While talking about sets, don't forget my newest set will be in Member Review as of next month and it is my favourite yet, once again shot by Gemma Edwards!
Next, after having a delightful birthday lunch with Gemma, i headed to The Electric Ballroom for the show, i started off by helping out on the merch and again got to meet lots of you, i even had a card an present dropped off by the lovely Daniel! So thanks for that cutie! :)
While doing the merch, which was ridiculously busy, the lovely Sean came over and explained a stage hand for the show had dropped out and asked whether or not i wanted to fill in, which obviously i did!
Although at times it got a bit hectic and stressful, it was the most fun i have had in ages and i got to see all the wonderful ladies dances up close and personal, it was awesome! I think my favourite set was the planet of the apes one, have you seen the show, which was your favorite? :)
So anyway this has been a bit of a long blog but once again i want to say thanks to suicide girls and all you lovely fans who made my Birthday and week in London so incredible! I got to see old friends and make new friends and i will never forget the memories i have made!
If you got any pictures with me at any of the events, please share them, i would love to see!
Big loves, keep in touch and keep your eyes peeled for my set,
Scribbles Suicide
