I don’t know if anyone saw my previous post, but Saturday night/ Sunday morning around 5 something in the morning I had the worst seizure of my life. My brother in law said I was stuck in it for almost 4 minutes and when we went to the emergency room, the doctor said that isn’t normal and that seizures typically last 30 seconds to 2 minutes. He said that I’m lucky to be alive. Seizures that last 5 minutes or longer or having one right after another can cause permanent brain damage or death. I’m terrified and still processing this cause it’s literally the second time in my life that I’ve almost died. For the past several days I’ve been dealing with depression, stress and too much anxiety… and I guess it was too much for me to handle. I make sure I always take my medication. Mental health is no joke. Someone close to me suggested that I try to find an online therapist from another country since I don’t have medical insurance yet and therapist around here won’t accept payments, if anyone could help me to find an online therapist, I would be very grateful 🙏🏻. Im tired of crying myself to sleep or being stuck in my own mind.
