So how'd the shower go?

I hear ya about working holidays but I mostly don't care about working them because they're more important to other people than they are to me and most of them I don't celebrate anyway. Working on Christmas is not a problem for me. Heh.

Having said that, if I wanted to celebrate a religious holiday and work wouldn't give me off for it, I'd quit. I don't care what the job is. I guess it's tougher, though, when it's a holiday that almost everyone asks off for.

And I second that vote for seeing Muse live. I saw them however many years ago when they opened for the Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Their set was amazing.

Yeah, I pretty much went broke when one of my best friends got married. I didn't even get him a gift because I spent so much on just getting there. It was a great time, though.

Paying tuition always sucks... for the weeks leading up to it I was always excited because I had THOUSANDS of dollars in my bank account. But then, once it's paid, I had like $2 or $3 left.

VIP no showes are crap! You need to roll into some bartending shifts. That's one reason I got out of management. My Barrtenders were walking fat and I had to handle the shit when it hit the fan.
I hated cutting people off, but most of the time they were cool if you found a way to do it on the sly.

Therapy has really helped me. I've been in therapy for a little over two years now. It just helps me find balance in my life. I am glad you found someone that you can trust and talk to. Take care. I hope you are doing well.

I know what you mean...I had a gf that would tell me about some of the experiences she had in the past, which is really stupid on her part. If you want to end a relationship all you got to do is talk about what you did with other people, i don't really undestand why people want to do that. Once they tell you anything about the past it really sinks in and the relationship won't be the same after that.
