so, i'm still sick. less so than last week, but i did miss my one day of work last week and 2 days of class. booo
oh well. i don't think i missed too much.

my one resolution for the year is to ride my bike more.
to the best of my recollection, when i lost a shit ton of weight awhile ago, i was not eating much (anxiety related) and riding my bike about 3 miles a day, nearly 5 days a week and that's about it.
this time i want to lose weight and i don't want to stop eating (still feeling the effects of that nearly 2 years later. booo), and i only want to lose a little weight, not a lot. there is one specific pair of pants that i want to be able to wear again, and i could wear them when i was about 10lbs lighter than i am now. so now that i am on the mend, project: bike ride will be in full effect.
i used to tell myself that i didn't have enough time for it, but then i remembered that when i was riding to work 1.5 miles took 15 min tops to ride. duh! i think i can fit in 30min of riding into my busy schedule. and if i could find a coffee shop that is 1.5ish miles away to study at, that would be even better!
