I got up today and the self-destructive feelins are pretty much gone and they were never out of control. Look at yesterday for more contorl.

Nothing like waking up to the cat trying to throw up a hair ball on to you. Luckily I got out of the way and it wouldn't be the first time she has tried this.

Rode my bike for the first time in ages and I only got in about a mile. I am a little emabarresed by the short distance but not at all suprised considering how out of shape I am. It certainly feels good to have the physical activity again. The only real problem is that my bike took some hits in the move and it's not shifting properly and the front time is loose.

Went and saw the matrix reloaded yesterday. I thought is was really good no mater what the critics thought. I think most of their problem was that they went in expecting too much Saw the trailer for 2 Fast 2 Furious. It looks like Smokey and the Bandit with pretty boys and no semi.

It was just brought to my attention that I forgot my pick up line of the day. So here goes, "Have you ever seen a man do pushups with his tounge?".
