Kung Fu last night was difficult. The kwoon was so hot when we got there, and just got warmer. It was only about 85, but I swear it had close to 100% humidity. Nothing evaporated, it just kept accumulating and pooling on the mat at my feet. I was so happy to get outside and get relief when it was over. Tough workout but we powered through.
Nothing much going on this morning, just some laundry and later a haircut. Later vacuuming then we get to hang out with Amanda and Alan! Hooray!
Oh, forgot to mention that I'm going to hit the Carolina Brewery and buy some gift cards to help support the wait staff there who are not getting paid otherwise, sort of creating a fund for them. Especially for those that this is their only income.
