Well, that did not work out quite how I'd hoped. We "fired" the tile guy today. Good gods, but I can do a better job. He didn't even level out the tiles, and not enough mastic to hold a tile in place. Guess we do it ourselves now. I think we are going to fire the fireplace guys now too and just finish the whole thing up ourselves, since they are such a pain to deal with. Honestly, is it really so hard to do quality work???
