Today Phryne is still a bit snuffly and out of sorts. She's taking her meds like a champ. We'll see in a couple more days if she has to go back to the doctor's.
She really needed to bathe herself fully, usually she only does her head and shoulders. In cold water. Today I filled a pie pan with ice water and tried to coax her into it was not successful, so I picked her up and plopped her into it and she went to town!!! She hunkered down and splashed around. It was great!
Today I found myself explaining to her the functioning of light-switches. Click ON, click, OFF. Click, ON, click, OFF. Click, ON...and then she started to watch me, the switch, and the lights. Oh boy, we are in serious trouble. I might regret later teaching her this.
