Okay, been a tough week for me. I'll skip some stuff, but today I went to the dentist then to the orthopedic doctor. The dentist was basically okay, just a cleaning, but I am very nervous with dentists. I just have to go back in a month to have a very old filling drilled out and refilled.
Ortho doctor is because of my screwed up shoulders. It seems to be mostly inflamed tissue, bursitis. I knew I was getting cortisone shots, and that was making me really nervous from some of the stories, about the pain of the injections. This guys was amazing. It was ultrasound guided and only had to go in 1/4 inch. Pain was very minimal. Unfortunately, It's now midnight and I am aching all over, anxious, and not able to sleep. I'm sure it's from the cortisone. should be better in a few days, then my shoulders should, I hope, feel better.
But now I'm up. Maybe it's time for Netflix.
