and so it begins... can't concentrate on studying and so with my jolt cola by my side... my sweaty feet up on my computer desk... socks on though. My keyboard on my lap and my heart on my sleeve (it always is really) I can comfortably begin writing my new journal entry

So off the top of my head I've developed this huge crush on fergy from Black Eyed Peas. Its not my type of music, shes not my type of girl but everytime I see them on tv I can't turn away and I can't help but gawk at her and think ... when Im famous shes someone I'd like to meat. (ha-ha)

Still getting reviews from the show (last journal entry for those that don't know) people can't seem to get over this scream that I have, I guess its better than I thought. My melodies get mixed reviews though and people are offering me lots of advice on how to improve that. which is cool when they aren't "well this is what you should do because I know everything about singing but am not playing in a band and singing in front of people"

The second show is comming up pretty soon. On either the 24th or the 25th we play the McMaster bar called the pheonix. It'll be a pretty long set and Im looking forward to it... to seeing how the people who were at the AFB (friends I mean) dig our other songs and see if I can be more outgoing and talkative to the crowd this time.

Holy crap I saw passion of the christ on the weekend and am still shocken by how graphic it was... Im not normally squeamish about blood and guts and stuff but Mel Gibson did well in directing to really make you feel Jesus' pain and how intense it really was. The scourging scene will haunt me for weeks. Just that sound when the bladed whips hit him in the back. **shudder**

and when I was waiting for the movie to start I was reading this magazine the theatre has and I got to this horroscope thing... I normally read those for shits and giggles but this one ... it got me right down to a tee. It said "you need to feel needed" thats like my entire life in one sentance. Then it said something about the 8th being an important day and that I should not express discomfort as it may make you seem more caustic and change others opinions of you. Well the 8th was the day of the show. Fucking weird. It says the 15th and the 26th will be big days for me too. I wonder what wonders those days will behold.
