I ended up going to Gianna's Grille for some Veggie Philly Cheese Steaks. Walked around on South Street for a bit. Went to the Eastern State Penitentiary (which is awesome!). Then went home.

I like inversions. I like blood rushing to my brain. I figure a little stress on those vessels is probably a good exercies. Being upside down has never been a problem for me. Dehydration and heat stroke are another issue entirely.
(Incidentally, there ARE some known issues with inversions, but most of them have to do with prexisting medical conditions, like having a detatched retina. Some yogis think that a woman shouldn't do inversions during her moon-time, but my first reaction is that it sounds like a patronizing load o' the usual. Then again, how would I know?)

Yeah, really cool time. Just hanging out and getting to know people was the best part. Made a ton of new friends.
I used to work 4 ten hour shifts. Not too bad, but 8 hour days are much easier. But you get 3 days off, so, it doesn't really matter to me.

My trip went okay. I got to meet a bunch of the "higher-ups" of our company. Mostly I was bored and hot. Florida is really humid in June. I wouldn't recommend it.

Tomorrow's my last day at work before my trip to Florida for the weekend. Of course, I haven't packed yet. I'm a last minute packer. I won't be sure what I want to bring until it's time to put it in the suitcase.
