I recommend reading William White's FAQ (link is in link above) if you're into doing that recreationally. I did it for years. It was fun, but it gets old. It takes a great deal to kill you, but it's good to know the "proper" doses and stay away from the stuff that has stuff other than DXM in it. A lot of people will compare it to acid because it causes hallucinations, but it's really a lot more like ketamine or PCP.
