I'm going through Changes..
This week I had to finally stop smoking pot for awhile.
Doesn't sound like a big deal to most people (and it probably shouldn't to me) but I've been a VERY AVID smoker for 13 years now and it's become my morning cup o' coffee if you will.
It'll be good for me,I know this...but the mood swings and side effects are not what I'm ready for.
Also not looking forward to attending all the drug classes that I have already taken again..(I get it,I'm a addict and always will be.,..)
I'm stoked to get back into a gym routine and getting back into shape.
The last year I got very apathetic and complacent with working out and it showed.
I've probably amassed 20 lbs. in the last 16 months (mostly from beer I'm sure) but the munchies and lack of motivation certainly have not helped.
Beyond the gym, I think a clear mind will help me get in the studio again..which will be good.
Big week for birthday's in the New Era group..
Sickgirl78's birthday is tomorrow,
Blossom's is Saturday and mine is on Sunday.
Go drop them lovely ladies a happy birthday if you would.
And Mafucca's...are you ready for some FOOTBALL?
And just a few songs I've been stuck on lately...
And a song for miss Mary Jane, I'll miss you..til we meet again.
