Man.. whew. Redefining time management skills is a bitch. I've been struggling to keep everything flowing smoothly between work, home and derby, and thankfully I think it's all starting to come together. I know those three things don't sound like alot to juggle but it's the little stuff in between that's a bitch to figure out as well. Especially since right when you think you've got the schedule dialed, something changes. The Derby schedule rotates, the work hours are suddenly longer due to moving into the holidy deadlines and the home life is gearing up for holiday travels (I'm going back to Georgia for Thanksgiving, then we're heading to Vegas and Henderson, NV for xmas) which is great, BUT there just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the week to get everything wrapped up nice and neat. On top of all that, I'm trying to get back to the gym and focus on my diet again, since there's a bunch of photo stuff that's coming up that I'm really excited about and naturally want to look... well, I want to look like me just 10lbs less. hahah.... Anyway, i know I'm babbling- I think it's a direct result of finally having caught up on my sleep. I wasn't feeling very well yesterday and came home early from work and made a bee-line straight for my PJ's and the bed. The funny thing is that lately I've been absorbed in this series of books, that all have the same "thriller/mystery/ who-done-it" theme, and since I actually tend to inhale a book rather then casually read it, Im on book #6 in the series in a matter of a week & 1/2. So what's this got to do with me sleeping? Everything. hha.. I've ben having the weirdest dreams lately, and all of the "action" in my dreams is a direct result from being lost in the fictional world of horror novels. I've had a dream I was being stalked, things being blow up, things mysteriously missing then reappearing in the ultimate, subtle mind-fuck, the feelig of fear and anxiety is what shakes me awake. It's insane how much too-much of something can actually effect you. When I first wake up, i'm totally disorientated .. then after the mental cobwebs clear and I realize it was just a dream and am able to identify the context, all I can do is laugh at the notion that I"m subsconciously re-living the books. hhahh maybe it's time to pick up a happy romance novel or something. Well I should run, this is a full on ramble today, I know... but hey- my blog, my ramble. Oh- the news just ran a brief segment saying that George Clooney (hubba) had a minor altercation with Fabio in resturant in LA. I think I've officially heard it all now.

Clooney and Fabio....man is that going to be in pay-per-view? I'd watch that slapping bitch fest. My money is on Clooney of course.

The report I heard made it seem likely that Clooney was the prissy, ego-inflated one in this bizarre confrontation and Fabio was more of a regular guy. It kinda reminds me of that episode of the Beverly Hillbillies where the Clampetts were unable to comprehend that the "bad" female professional wrestler was actually a nice person and the supposedly good girl was rotten to the core.
