Ok well todays the day.
Our first exhibition game, and our bout against the SC Skateshop & KDON. I'm excitied but sightyly envious of the girls that are able to take half days at work in order to help out setting up the venue and get ready in genreal. there's no way in hell I can take a half day on a Friday.. we start with multiple deadlines a about 2pm. Then of course there's always that person thats been thinking about running an ad in the paper since Monday, but just can't seem to get there shit together until 4:15 on Friday. Those people drive me crazy. Even when I was a waitress- those people that stumbled in like 2 minutes before the place closed, there were chairs up on the tables, people counting there money and the stubling morons still had to ask " are ya'll closed?" hahah... Anyway- so right after work I'm heading up to the SV Rink, meeting up with team, getting the rundown on the night's game plan and then it all begins. The funny thing is that so far, we've not been called on any penalities during practice, since we're severly lacking in ref's...... so tonight, even though we're still running low on ref's- we've at least got 2 & I'll tell ya, it's gonna be a big change for the girls who have gotten used to hiting from behind and flailing those mits. hahaha.. iit's gonna be fun though. Also, on a random side note, I can't help but notice that ever since LA made this big brew-ha-ha about importing David Beckham for the soccer team..... he's played like 2 games or something right? For the most part, he's been sidelined due to injuries pretty much ever since he got here. So I have to know... all you LA Galaxy fans out there, are you pissed or what? Just curious. Ok, well I gotta run... I've got to get it together and step it up and go

On the Beckham thing, it makes me laugh. Then again I am a Revs fan, so I dislike the Galaxy and root against them. By the way, have you heard him talk. For some reason it still suprises me he has a voice higher than Posh.
