why wouldn't you tell her every day? You can't take things for granted in life. I made that mistake before

A gentleman tells his lady he loves her once in the morning, once in the evening, and once every time he sees her in between. A very very wise man told me that once and I think he was dead on the money. The point of course being that you ought to always let who you treasure know exactly how much you treasure her or else she will cease to believe she is treasured at all. But you can just say it. There has to be something behind it.
