school totally makes you forget about hobbies and random things you love to do, especially when you work full-time during most of it. not that i don't love art and design and photography but MAN i love to read and i never got to for the past few years unless it was about art history or design theory or something. and that was nice and all but yea anyways i'm rambling and i LOVE that i have time to read right now.

i just read this .... i must've got it at a thrift store cause my edition looks like this. now i think im gonna read a lot of bell hooks and all the other million books that been sitting on my shelf waiting for me. yahoo.

that book really reminded me of me when i was younger, save i somehow never got myself in prison. but the entire thing throughout being about constantly feeling the need to not back down and prove yourself. i did some stupid shit because of pride and pride alone. i think i still do. i'm always being scolded about it from a certain mexican who resides in brooklyn.

anyways. the pistons tonight. if they win tonight i think its ours. then i think the entire city of detroit should find jimmy kimmels house and beat his ASS.
