yeah, definitely Tom Robbins. as to which one to read, depends on your personality. All are philosophical and wacky. Fierce Invalids probably is the easiest read for somone new to his style, it goes very fast. Cowgirls is classic. I've read all but one and I can't remember which one right now.

if i had a nickel for every different "Flash" or "Green Lantern's" there have been throught comicdom, i'd be filthy rich. and i'd buy DC and kill off both Flash and GL. in the same issue even, id then have there bodies, costumes. and accessories (i.e. "power ring") melted down to a heaping ball of crap, and have it hurled towards the sun.
