I am a happy happy happy girl!
I can't believe people read my last blog and had nice things to say, so I've been staying positive and things seem to be looking up.
This weekend has been one of the best in a long while, and it hasn't involved getting fucked, which surprisingly has been a really nice change. Friday night, not so much. But Saturday night after working I went to a couple of my friend's album launch. And they are Alt Track and you should really check them out. They played with extra members, a female vocalist and a turntable-ist(?) which all just worked so well, they also played with Entartete Kunst an awesome anarchist hip hop group from San Francisco. Basically it was awesome. Followed by a little gathering with the bands and a few others, sitting round finding out amusement in the most leathered people. And meeting a very nice boy
which is my main reason for being so happy.
Sunday consisted of a small local festival, that loads of bands played including Alt Track and Entartete Kunst. And also ridiculous acts like Goldie Lookin' Chain and The Animals. It was just really chilling, had a couple of pints, a couple of joints, watched Jon Gomm. And got to show the nice boy some disgusting public displays of affection. I wish I had some photos, of the weekend, not the weird affection.
I know this whole blog's going to be bitty and horrible, I'm just too happy to write well. And I got a phone call, well two actually off the boy today....and I get to see him tomorrow to go watch a film at a small club then go stay on his parents canal boat, it just all sounds too good.
But then I do have the problem of having to do all this without hurting my ex boyfriend, I want to be his friend but he's making it so difficult for me. Telling me he's depressed and can't live without me and if he saw me with another guy he'd just feel hate and anger towards me. But I guess sometimes you have to be harsh, and even a little bit selfish.
Anyway...I should probably go to bed and consider writing a better blog next time. And dream about all the nice things that are going to happen tomorrow.
Peace out

Glad things are looking up for you. Exes can be tough, particularly if you wish to remain friends with you and they want something more. Harsh as it seems, sometimes it's better to just cut them loose, in the longterm, I mean.

Yeah, I'm beginning to think that. It's hard when you have similar friend groups, but I've learnt from that and I hope we can atleast be civil. It's all very confusing at the moment, but I'm sure it'll all come clear what has to be done. Thank you.
