my firt gallery show is coming up in a little over a week and i'm nearly ready. i had to take out a loan to get all the prints made and get all the frameing materials, but it's so worth it.
i'm ridiculously excited and apprehensive, as it's the first time i'll be haveing a public show for my stuff (up till now i've been ruthlessly shilling myself and my art at work or anywhere else i go)
it would be a dream come true to make enough doing art and photo work to scrape by with out haveing to swing a hammer for a liveing. I mean i like being a carpenter but it beat you up and by the time you're 40 your back knees and elbows are shot. i like my tender little bod intact.
ah well off to the e-mail demons them some sleep
