Today my sister in law is getting married. It is a huge mix of emotions. I have known her since she was about 10 years old. Her mother gave up on her so my husband at the time and I took her in. She ended up living with my ex-mother in law and we all raised her.
I am so happy for her and proud of her. At the same time it reminds me I will never be married again, never be a wife again. 😢
But now is not the time to feel bad for myself, it is her well deserved day and I will share in the happiness it with her.
