Really not looking forward to my birthday today/in the morning (it’s 00:55 so to me it’s not really my birthday till I’ve finally slept woken up haha). It’s just a sad horrible reminder that I’m further and further away from a huge personal dream/goal of mine which has limited time on it due to my ill health and every time I think about it I just want to cry. And no it’s not something I can achieve as I’m ‘young and have all the time in the world’, ‘there’s plenty of other options’ blah blah blah.... doctors have given me a time limit so it’s a serious issue. Life can be cruel and unfair and unfortunately we can’t always get what we want and we’ve just got to accept that sometimes. Now can I just cancel my birthday please?
