last day off back to the grind tomorrow. i guess they're phasing out my job, so i will soon be a customer care rep. eh, i'll like it. it's a job, i don't really care. as long as i get the same pay or better, then i'm happy.
took kid to counseling, had to go do some paperwork at some place, waited for the ups guy, he never showed so i called and went and got my package, went to mom's, ate, watched friends, and came home. been fussing with my plants and picking up the house in spurts. not much of a day.
my friend just asked me to give him my user id and password for this site. now i'm all worried he's bored enough to hack into my computer for it. i wouldn't give it to him and blocked him on my msn messenger. i cannot even believe he asked! he's a butt. i'm sorry, but i don't want him doing something i wouldn't approve of so i can get my ass in trouble, even if all he wants to do is look at the naked girls. it's wierd, i've known this guy for 7 or 8 years now, and when he asked, i just said no. i bristled up. i don't know why, so that must mean something.
oh well....i really came on here to bitch about something else. i am sick and tired of men assuming that if i talk to them, or are halfway nice to them, that i have a desire that goes beyond being a friend. i get this wherever i go, and it's really bugging me. at work, i was friendly with a few of the people(guys) i work with, but it was more about passing the time because our call volume sucked, or questions when i was doing a project and i'd run across someone's name, and needed to know specifics on a customer. then they go around and tell other people, and eventually it gets back to me. it's starting to make me not want to talk to anyone. i'm just naturally a nice person. i do nice things or say nice things for no reason. and it almost offends me when it's taken wrong. i KNOW when i'm flirting. i'm very blatent, very forward. and that these guys don't even have the courage to ask me what my feelings might be....wow. weak. something similiar has come up here, on SG, too...and although in a way it's flattering that i guy thinks i'm interested, it's also kind of rude, just assuming what kind of girl i am before getting to know me. and i wasn't gonna say anything, but it's been bugging me.
ah...i feel better now. the evils have lifted.
