first day back at work after my two-hour radiology appt. Just when I start to forget or start to physically feel better...there it is;the "C" word! I think that's why I'm so open about breast cancer. It shouldn't be whispered like it used to be. We need a cure and now.
Also, I honestly never knew I could get it so young. I've met girls as young as 19 with breast cancer. WTF!
anyway...I did ok without my nap but I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. It's going to catch up with me.
It's Xmas. w00t! not really, I'm not into it. maybe because my family life is relatively fucked up. I'll be happy just to be napping all day long with both my animals along side me. Last year I was waiting over Christmas to get my results back. This year I have ZERO signs of cancer in me so that's a hell of a lot better. It will be easy to relax and just enjoy my little family of me, one cat, one dog. I do have a tree so I"m not that grinchy.
