So the weekend didn't go really as planned, but it was all right.
I started in today on what I hope will be the next few months of recording my long awaited album I've been working on for years. I have 11 or so songs I really like and I figure since I can't get anyone to not flake on me I'll just record the shit on my own.

So it looks as though this record will feature me on vocals, guitar, bass, drums, harmonica and rhodes (and if I can find a piano to borrow I'd like to throw a little piano in some stuff, but the rhodes will work if I can't)
I plan on just putting it up online for free to dload cause I don't imagine people buying it anyway, and it's just a bunch of shit I've been working on for the past 5 or 6 years. Who knows maybe someone will notice it and think it's decent enough to throw a few bucks towards.
In other news, I've started studying home brewing and horse racing. I decided I'm going to try out those two things and see if I enjoy them as hobbies. They seem like they would be fun. Home brewing because I love cooking and I love drinking, so why not? And horse racing because it's free to get in, there's booze and the minimum bet is only $2 so it's not like I'll lose a lot, cause I don't plan on betting a lot until (and if) I get good at it.
Hopefully I'll be able to say I'm going to be performing shows as the drummer for Senator Loudmouth soon, we don't really have enough songs yet but we're getting there. Senator Loudmouth You can check out some shitty recordings of us there. I think there's one song up.
I think that's about all I got going on right now, that and I'm still researching for my novel... but that will come at a later time.
