Well it's Saturday, I'm feeling much better than before but I'm still a little congested. I don't think I've woken up this early on a Saturday in weeks! I'm excited, normally I've been staying in bed until 4 or so but I got up at noon today. Amazing. I need to clean my house bad, I've been neglecting it due to the colds and coughs. Tilly is wanting to play too so I should likely take care of that. She just gets SO violent when she plays and I end up with bloody arms. Ah well, it's all good.
We are supposed to start practice back today but I haven't heard from my drummer. I have some new material to work on that I really want to start getting out there. I think it's going to be good, at least I hope it will.
I have to go to a work Christmas party tonight at my boss's house. Bleh, I'm not all that excited about that. I'm at least 5 years younger than everyone I work with and they are all kind of townies that go clubbing and stuff. Not really my scene, but it's what you do when you have a job somewhere. Hopefully it won't be more than a few hours so I can get out of there and go to my bar. And they're starting at 7. Who starts drinking at 7!? Geeze, I usually don't start my nights until at least 10. I plan on drinking light whilst there and then when I get back hitting it harder.
Next Friday is my Christmas Murder Mystery dinner party! I'm excited about it. I really need to print off the material though
it would be kind of hard to work it out without that haha. AND I'm making my homemade eggnog. Oh so good.
Oh and a guy last night that I know asked me if I wanted to see about illustrating some children's books he's writing so he's supposed to send me the copy soon and I'll get to work on drawing the pictures. I think it'd be pretty fun.
I guess that's all I've got going on right now. Oh and it seems that Milk is only playing at Rave motion pictures at North East mall. Can't drink there but I guess it's not too far.
I guess I should get to cleaning. Hope everyone's having a great weekend and continues too.
