Ever get a tingly sleepiness?
Its the feeling I get when I'm quite tired but down a redbull to help keep me awake. And instead of keeping me awake and concentrating, it just sends these chills through my body like "haha, you wanna go to sleep but i won't let you!"
The shit hardly works for me anymore. I dunno why I bought that case.
Oh well, back to studyin'
ps. I gave my first shot ever today to a patient
she hardly felt it. she's 5'3'' and much more than 300 lbs.

Im a slacker wih my entries too, its only every 4 o5 days days usually. i have a word file i just add stuff in at the end of he day and copy and paste later on.
