so...

this depressive state has led me to one conclusion: go get fucked up!

and that is exactly what i will do.

i'm really bummed today because my friend gia is getting married...and i can't go. i was gonna go, but now i can't. there was no way i'd be able to make it from the san fernando valley to torrance in one hour, which was the time alloted to me. it sucks cuz her wedding was at the library, and i imagined that would make it that much more of a beautiful ceremony. but no.

so i'm gonna get fucked up.

thankfully, there is a big 'ol partay tonite for my friend rachel. she's going away to chico state and we must party our brains out in her honor. i'm gonna miss her, she was one of my favorite make-out buddies!!

i'm reading MIDDLESEX by jeffrey eugenides right now...god what an amazing author. i already have a ton of words i need to look up. he also wrote THE VIRGIN SUICIDES, which is considered a linguistic classic in my mind. i love words. he knows words. he puts them together in pretty phrases. yay literary scholars!
