jillian michaels is a nasty BITCH! i have officailly decided you cant be more out of shape that i am because this stupid 30 day shred dvd is kicking my ass. theres 3 levels, im on level 1 and if im this fucked after level 1 im truly scared to move up to level 2 in 30 days. i could die. seriously. it is the most intense workout ive ever done and ive been in bootcamp.
i am torn between wanting to slap the cunt and thank her. damn.
