Weather can be such a fickle thing.
Yesterday, as the weather man was predicting a high of 70 degrees, I was rubbing my hands together together with maniacal glee. This would be the perfect day to get the motorcycle out and take that first really great spring ride. The thermometer inched ever higher. Then the wind came...slowly at first....building gradually over an hour, until it was finally blowing and gusting with storm force. The thermometer topped out at 71.....the wind gusts topped out at 40mph....BAH! It was wonderfully warm, but way to windy. You had to lean into the wind, to keep from being blown over and rolled across the yard.
Then, last night, our first lightening and thunderstorm. Not much rain with it, but great flashes of lightening and booming thunder that rolled and rumbled. Fast moving it only lasted about an hour. More wind in the night and today we're back to 35 degrees with tonight's low predicted to be 18 degrees.
The weather wins todays award of the Fickle FInger of Fate!

Our weather is doing some weird things as well. It went from rainy and warm to flash freeze.
