Well, well, well.....
I'm off to Des Moines this weekend to Christmas shop and take a break from my normal routine. This is the second weekend in a row that I'm going to the city. Wow...look at me!
My brother is going with me, so I know some actual shopping will get done....he is very non procrastinatic.....kind of the opposite of me when it comes to Christmas shopping. I think a great supper in a nice resturant and a movie might be just the ticket for us tonight. I have plans to see a couple of old friends tomorrow, that I'm hoping I can convince to meet us for a late morning brunch. Then, it will be back home late tomorrow....packages in tow and full of the Christmas spirit. I guess it's about time to try to start feeling that Christmas spirit thing......only a couple of weeks left now.
