Technology is great, but it can really suck and be frustrating when it's not working! My internet connection has been down for a few days. I use a microwave link, through a radio transmitter and an antennae, to another antennae and the ISP in town about 5 miles away. My radio transmitter decided to crap out on me late last Wednesday. It took a little while to trace down where the problem was and then to get a new transmitter here and installed. But, everything seems to be working now....I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we've solved the problem!

I had a great weekend.....seeing cousins that I hadn't seen for awhile. They dropped by unexpectedly and it was a great time to catch up.

I've started another of my many projects that don't have a set completition date. They are just things that I like to work on when I have some time and if they don't get done for awhile it's no big deal. I have about 5 projects like this in rotation right now....I'll work on them for awhile, until I finish them or get bored with them and then moved to another one for awhile.

The lawn needs to be mowed and I'm hoping to get to that this evening.....I shouldn't have to mow to many more times this fall, before the grass decides to take a rest for winter.....but for now at least, it still needs a trim to keep it looking nice.

That's about it for now....I might be back to update this a little later, when I have a few extra minutes to spare.
