My Mom fell yesterday morning, breaking her right ankle. They did surgery on it today, putting in a plate and 5 screws. Mom is 83 and this will be a big set back, not to mention that she'll be in the hospital through and at least some days after Christmas. It sure won't be a normal Christmas for our family. Bummer.

This year seems to have been really awful for a lot of people.
It's been the worst year of my life by a long chalk! But I'm still here.
