Well its been three months since my shoulder surgery and all looks good so far. I am going to do a little light sparring this weekend to see if I can start my workout regimine again. Three months of sitting on my ass watching everyone else fight has had me twisted to no end. hoping for the best!

I have been working with the kettle bells this week and it has felt okay aside from the usual workout pain. Looking forward to it though!
