Some days, there just aren't enough rocks......

Awesome weekend! Had a chance to hang out and party with friends whom I have not seen since my surgery, my shoulder didn't blow up and it looks like I can begin training again! Life is good!

Well its been three months since my shoulder surgery and all looks good so far. I am going to do a little light sparring this weekend to see if I can start my workout regimine again. Three months of sitting on my ass watching everyone else fight has had me twisted to no end. hoping for the best!

I find myself sitting here pouting today. Thinking of two thousaand of my friends and close associates in Mississippi beating the hell out of one another this weekend. Then finishing up the day with wandering from party to party. It sucks having to work on the weekend, but there will be next year!!!

It's been a long couple of weeks on the roard. Damn its good to be home!
