The beginnings of a lovely jambalaya! Who here just LOVES the fuck out of Cajun/Creole food?! I sure do...

This is my mesquite grilled bison sirloin burger topped with applewood smoked bacon, Vermont white cheddar and bacon chutney on a butter toasted brioche bun...holy fucking shit was it ever so good!
