Well my buddies were supposed to be moving into the apt next door today. but looks like it might not happen till tommorrow because the people in there before totally trashed it and its taking them longer than planned to repaint and all that. 
So if we are lucky they will still be able to move in really late afternoon/evening and we might still be able to have the bbq. I am in need of a good bbq already. tons of food and good times.
