For as long as I can remember, my dream car has always been a mid/late-70s Corvette, the really curvy ones that are super low to the ground, with the big wheels. 1976 with burnt orange paint, to be exact. I don't know the story behind this infamous Corvette you speak of, but that's mine.
Bummer about your job. There's talk out here that Tower is being sold and restructured, and they killed the one in Portland completely. Corporate music stores and major labels are in a real shitter these days. It sucks for the people working for them, but it sure helps us smaller folks. About the Armed Forces - well one thing I heard is they put stuff in the water to sort of...prevent erections, etc. Basically. They don't want the troops gettin all freaky on each other. They do the same in prisons. Same stuff, whatever it is. I totally forgot the name. Doesn't work on everyone though...At least that's what I heard. Could be wrong though. But I guess when they get out and they aren't ingesting it all the time they realize *wow hey I can sport wood!!!* Like I said I could be wrong though, but an Ex MP told me that.
