Typically I go a little stir crazy inside my head, but I moved 2000 miles from home and haven't been able to make friends here. So I often have this problem. I take A LOT of walks, and take the opportunity to sing my introverted heart out as loud as I can.

Find an Open Mic night, participate & hang with the other participants. Find a Dog Park, the other parents of Furbabie's should be chatty. If all else fails Skype.
