yep, so i'm officially 24. thanks to those of you who wished me well in my last entry.
so, i went to bed around 3ish so i could be up in time to head to dallas with my friend misty. and at 4am, the nightmares came back. i don't really know what causes them, but they seem to come in that hazy period before sleep sets in, when i still hear the crickets and cars outside. oddly, this is when my schizophrenia tends to be most pronounced. regardless, i usually wake up with a pulserate similar to that of a good workout, and nearly all of the muscles in my legs twitching frantically.
i don't know what causes it, but i'm really sick of it, and it couldn't have picked a worse time to visit.
ps; someone bring booze.
