Down at my gym this is just one of the ways we spread holiday cheer... Onesie sparring!! Happens every year. All levels of skill welcome from fighter to beginner. Just a mess around to end the year. 1 v 1, 2 v 2 and finally the everyone for themselves melee! So much fun but bloody hell does it get hot!
