I hurt myself today. To see if i still suck.

I do. My knee went out.

I was in Abs 101. Why? Becouse its better than sitting around watching cable, you meet people, and its an opportunity to get sweaty where its socially acceptable. I'm also a show off.

Ok, the guy in the front of the class talked about the BOOT CAMP class he was going to proctor after abs. So, I thought "It might be a cool change" I was working my way through the class, it was fun. I thought to myself "Why don't i do this more often? I need to improve my foot speed" A few minutes later, I go to make a 180 turn around a cone as fast as I could.

CRUNCH... I slide across the room and the guy looks at me.

I tell him "I'm done" as I pull my brace down to watch it swell.

When will I learn. I thought I was smart?

At least my kitten's happy. I'm laying on the couch typing, without moving. She thinks I'm just letting her nap.
