i was thinking of following a deit or more like changing my eating habits to also eliminate all processed flour and dairy.but it's hard ,so hard!.blah.my bf is a bodybuilder..well not the huge honking muscle bound meathead but one who wants to make muscles and eat clean food.and we have been fooling around with recipes cause he basically eats like that all the time .so unless i want to just eat brown rice and grilled chicken when i visit him.i have to bug him to buy veggies cause he doesnt really eat them mostly fruit and i eat more vweggies than fruit.oh hell anyway he's been bugging me to follow the same food s he eats.and i've been bugging him to eat more veggies.lol.cause i can''t drink that greens liquid stuff.god aweful.and so are protien shakes!.yuk.

anyhow after all that ranting i wish you luck.lol.

Ruby, your are indeed to kind. Ill keep posting until I get the axe. I like your posts. You are reasonble and thoughtful. Im more of a "hell no thats wrong just cause it is obvious that its wrong." kind of guy. It doesnt help that the "moderator" (paenthesis for sarcasm) is one of the mysogeny club. (thats my term for it). As to why they are on the sight, its like evangelic chistians coming to TESC (my hippy college alma mater). some people just like to be the outsider. Really I have suggested some better sites for them (like the usenet group alt.childsupport) but they seem pretty set to stay. Maybe you should share your thoughts with the SG admins and see if maybe they can find a better moderator for the group.

Have you heard of Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights. That's also amazing British comedy (sometimes a little hard to understand, though.) Another one to watch out for, is Little Britain. Utter hilarity.

Thank you, I totally feel like "fuckit" is the route, but I also totally feel like I'm being played to do just that, taking the role of bad guy away and putting it on me.

Well, I suppose that stems from my career choice as a home renovator. Over the years, I have done some work to rental units I've lived in, but my real hope would be to do it to my own home. And not in a strata where Miss Depends down the hall is willing to hold up an AGM becuase she doesn't like the fact that the flower pots were placed on the ground at the front entrace and not on the ledge where she can more easily smell them. Jeesh.
