I have a room for rent in my Vancouver 2 bedroom apartment. It's $450/month & available October 1st.
It's located near Main & 16th in Mount Pleasant, near 2 major bus routes & a short ride to the skytrain station. You can walk to everything you want or need.
This furnished room includes a daybed, side table, lamp, desk & book shelf. It has a large closet, it's bright & sunny in the day and cable is available in the room.
Rent is $450/month and includes hydro, water, cable & heat. You must have your own telephone and provide your own towels and linens. You would also have use of a nicely equipped kitchen (no I dont have a dishwasher) and a patio. Bathroom is shared.
You would be a female, nonsmoker, like cats (I have 2), clean, responsible, calm and be employed or a student. This is not a roommate Im looking for. I just want someone to rent the room for the coming school year and possibly into the summer.
Im a 35 year old female, full time UBC student and I work from home in an artistic field. I dont party at home, Im up early on weekdays and Im very busy.

I don't mind the rain, its just today I didn't want it to. And in Philly there's not all the nice trees everywhere like in Portland, so rain feels weird. I know it sounds weird...but rain in wide open space feels different then if its filtering through a tree.
I think I'm just crabby from the humidity.
any timeline on getting your tattoo done?
