So I had planned on going back to work on Monday but I got a call from my boss today...
A little background. This past year and a half my company has grown. I'm talking tripled in size. We are a Swedish company and they hire a CEO from the home country who apparently mismanaged everything. We are so in debt. They're trying to save things but my boss says it does not like good.
Long story short. I'm out of a job. I can apply for cobra benefits to keep my health insurance going ( rather important right now) and maybe see what's up with the Obama Care. Now finding another job might be tough. I've got doctor crap every week so working full time might be a challenge. And oh yeah, I've have stage 4 cancer. Nobodies going to fucking hire me. I just might apply for SSI /DISABILITY and be done with it. Luckily I can rely on my parents to help me out with the financials. I don't know if you can just sign up for Obamacare or what. Cobra is going to be crazy expensive but I gotta do what I gotta do.
Might all be for the best. Go on disability focus on getting better and my shit together at the same time.
