ps - If you like L Cohen lyrics, there is a honking big book of his lyrics and poems that is worth checking out, Stranger Music. I read some of Favorite Game but disliked how he the protagonist (and it seemed heavily autobio) was a bit of a lad, woman-chaser, while coming on as if more deep than that...but that might be part of Leonard's bag...indeed, most musicians'/poets' bag. Beautiful Losers is, of course, the favored fiction work of his anyway...
