Its been a long time since I decided to start my blog, and I haven't be very good about up dating. Well lets see for starters had to quit my last job a while back. Which was actually a really good move considering now I am an Equipment Manager/ Assistant Superintendent at a golf course. I've been here for over a year now and I've really begun to like the game. I am a horrible golfer but its a lot of fun. Its not a pro level course but we are ranked second in Golf Weeks best course you can play in South Dakota which keeps us busy.
We had a good winter storm a couple weeks ago. It knocked trees down all over town and shut down some of the surrounding areas for a few days. Its been almost a week and a half and there is still snow in some places. Lucky we were not hit as hard as some place clean up here is almost done and the golf course was only closed for a day until the snow melted.
On a more personal note me and wife are expecting a second child. Another boy due in march. We were hoping for a girl but we are happy either way. I am very excited. We are actually staying in SD for another year so we can have the baby here around family and friends before we move to Oregon like we are planning.
