don't let it get you down... if they are too stupid to realize you are just doing your job, then you should take the yelling as a compliment, like a double negative. that makes since in some twisted way, i think. hope you feel better.

I usually like to remind them " hey buddy, I have your phone number. I know where you live. I know where you work. I perscribed anti-psychotics and sleeping pills, but I don't take them! you want to rephrase your opinion..."

but then that's probably why I can't get a job in four states now.
