I've battled depression on an off for a long time. It would always get to a point were I would lay in bed not giving a shit and not wanting to do a damn thing. A lot of it was alcohol based when I look back on it now. But there's not much you can do besides force yourself to go do things. Activity has a tendancy to help break the cycle.
