I made modifications.. 09/11....took time to reflect today....as big as my problems seem sometimes I can't imagine having gone through that. A good employer/manager will always be able to spot those members of a team which are good and put in the most work and do the best job. Unfortunalty there are many bad employers/managers who don't have a clue and will reward those people they like the most and in such situations there's not much you can really do other than stick it out or find a new job.
